The Sicilian Don was the head of the Sicilian Mafia. He had no speaking lines and no voice actor.
History[]
After the death of Victor Zeiss the Sicilian took his nephew, Philo, in and trained him to be an assassin. The Sicilian later had Philo undergo an opperation that enhanced his sight, speed and reflexes.
