Sean Riley was an Irish gangster that worked for Lew Moxon. He is voiced by Jeremy Ratchford.
History[]
On orders from Lew Moxon, Sean Riley murdered a man and framed Ernst Walker for the crime. Batman eventually found evidence against him and he was arrested and Walker's name was cleared.
