Peter Pauling was the corrupt Deputy Commissioner who served under Commissioner Gillian B. Loeb and Lew Moxon. He is voiced by Jason Marsden.
History[]
Peter Pauling was always shown accompanying Commissioner Gillian B. Loeb. Just like the other officers in Gotham City he was corrupt and working for the crime lord Lew Moxon. He even helped Loeb declare Batman an outlaw. After Batman was found innocent Gordon was reinstated as commissioner and Pauling was arrested.
