Winston was a corrupt police lieutenant in Gotham City. He is voiced by Rodney Saulsberry.
History[]
Winston was present when Batman was chasing Catwoman from Wayne Enterprise. He and Arnold Flass have Wayne Enterprise surrounded with police. When Winston says that Moxon will "have their hides for letting Batman escape" Flass replies that their job is only to distract Batman long enough for Catwoman to get away. Later on when Batman discovered evidence against Black Mask, Winston is sent to prison.
