Howard Branden was the corrupt Gotham City police officer who was the leader of Gotham's S.W.A.T. team. He is voiced by James Marsters.
History[]
After Lew Moxon had the Gotham City mayor, Hamilton Hill, fire Commissioner Gordon he was replaced by Gillian B. Loeb. Hill then had Loeb send Branden and his S.W.A.T. team after Batman. Branden almost captured him but Renee Montoya came up behind him and knocked him out allowing Batman to get away. After Batman found evidence against Black Mask he was arrested.
