Harley Quinn is the Joker's sidekick and girlfriend. She is voiced by Fran Drescher.
Origin[]
Harleen Frances Quinzel started out as a psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum. She was soon able to set up sessions with the Joker. However, things went horribly wrong. Joker used her as a hostage to escape from Arkham. For several weeks Joker held her captive and tortured and abused her. However, Quinzel developed a case of Stockholm syndrome and fell in love with Joker. She soon took the identity of Harley Quinn.
Season One[]
Together her and Joker planned to poison Gotham's water supply. While attempting to do this they are confronted by Arnold Flass who was sent by Lew Moxon to kill them. Batman then arrives and after a brief fight Quinn and Joker manage to escape. Quinn also helped Joker with his plan to send Gotham into an ecinomic crissis in order to ruin Lew Moxon but once more were stopped by Batman. However, Quinn and Joker were once more able to escape. Later on Harley Quinn accompanied Joker when he went to the meeting of the Gotham crime lords which also included Lew Moxon, Two-Face and Penguin. When Batman arrived he easily defeated Quinn. Harley Quinn was then arrested and taken to Arkham Asylum.
