Firefly was a pyromaniac and arsonist that opperated in Gotham City. He is voiced by Chris Cox.

Origin

Garfield Lynns started out as a pyrotechnics expert that worked on movies. He eventually quit his job and became an arsonist. Lynns was then hired by Lew Moxon to burn down several Wayne Enterprises buildings so that Moxon could collect the insurance money. During Lynns first battle with Batman several containers of chemicals cought on fire and exploded. Lynns was cought in the explosion and Batman believed that he had died. However, Lynns survived (even though he was severly burned all over his body) and Lew Moxon saved him and supplied him with a metallic suit, a flame thrower and a jetpack which were all created by Wayne Enterprises.

Season 1

Now calling himself Firefly, Lynns burnt down another Wayne building. He again battled the Dark Knight but was able to escape after Arnold Flass arrived. Later Batman managed to track down Firefly and the two fought once again. Batman was able to disable him by bursting Firefly's fuel tank with his Batarang. Batman then knocked Firefly out and he was arrested by the police.

Weapons and equipment

Firefly wears a metal flame resistant suit. On his back is a fuel tank that is connected to his flame thrower and a jetpack. All his equipmen was created using Wayne Enterprise technology.

Personality

Firefly is cocky and very confident in himself. Firefly has a jokey nature as well, evident mostly while in battle. Because he is a pyromaniac he gets excited while he is burning buildings or people.
