Ernst Walker was a man that was framed for murder. He is voiced by Bumper Robinson.
History[]
Ernst Walker was a small time criminal that once worked for Lew Moxon. Ernst quit working for Moxon and wanted to lead a normal life. However, Moxon would not let Walker get out that easy and had Sean Riley frame him for murder. Walker was arrested and put on trial. Batman eventually found evidence that cleared his name. After this Walker gave up his life of crime.
