Bill Church is the head of the Gotham Broadcasting Company and he is under the employ Lew Moxon and Black Mask. He is voiced by Rodney Saulsberry.
History[]
Bill Church was the head of the Gotham Broadcasting Company. He was also in the employee of Lew Moxon and Black Mask. These crime lords would use Church to make Vicki Vale report on Batman as a criminal so Gotham would turn against him. When Vale learned that Batman was not a bad person she stood up to her boss. However, Church threatened to fire her unless she reported what he said. Church was also in the GBC building when Anarky threatened to blow it up, but was saved by Batman. Eventuall, Batman found evidence against Black Mask and the men that worked for him and Church was arrested.
